“The Perfect Surf School”
When you are in Maui you must try to surf and do it with Hawaiian Style, they where awesome. They deliver premium service. We had a private lesson and the instructor was really good and very nice. We all learned how to do this and it was an amazing experience for the whole family. The booking was also very easy and they confirm everything. We had the luxury to surf among a lot of big sea turtles.

“Highly Recommend”
My wife and I were recently in Maui for her work conference and we signed up for a group activity to learn to surf. We were shuttled to a great beach just outside Lahaina and met Rick (the owner) and his great children Cameo and Kaimana. They help Rick out for larger groups. When we arrived we were provided long sleeve surf shirts and surf booties to protect your feet when falling in the Ocean. The lesson started with a friendly hello and introduction and then a lesson on how to position yourself on the board, how to paddle, how to jump up and how to properly fall into the ocean around the reef area. Rick was the instructor and did a great job educating us.
We grabbed our boards and off we went. Rick split us into groups of 4 and he took a group and his son took the other group and Cameo took the Paddleboarders. We paddled out to the first break point, and took turns trying to ride our waves. Rick would have us face the shore, he would tell us when to paddle and when to jump up to catch the wave.
Lot’s of fun. Most people were able to ride some waves once they got the hang of it and some caught on quicker. The water is very warm and enjoyable. Rick put a Go Pro on my board and I was able to ride a wave to shore and it was captured on video and I was able to find it on his Google Plus site. So cool. After a few hours we came into shore, had some water/juice and fresh pineapple, took a group shot and away we went. What a great Day! I Highly recommend Rick’s company if you want to surf in Maui and he offers lessons in both the Lahaina area as well as Kihei. so no excuses not to try.
